: this is a group that was incredibly enthusiastic about this president and healthcare for everybody was one of the main things he talked about in his election. but look at this. obamacare approval among uninsured millennials, 18-29, 57% say they disapprove of this program. it's pretty incredible when you think of how he got elected and the group that embraced him so heartily back then. >> there has long been some scepticism among millennials about the president's healthcare plan. what's new and different and most troubling for the white house is there is increased scepticism of the president himself. now you have got a situation where young people are sceptical of the law. sceptical of the reforms. they think they will pay for, they think the coverage will be worse and they are increasingly sceptical of the guy who's selling it and that's what's changed. i don't know that the president can gets that credibility back. the interesting thing is the drop in his support came after the revelations about nsa metadata collection and the coverage it got. he hasn't been able to recover among this gro

with healthcare.gov. they now say that the site fails just about 10 percent of the time. back in october that failure rate was 25%. government officials also say over three and a half million consumers visited the site from midnight sunday antonin today, but the obama administration still will not tell us what the november enrollment numbers are or how many people actually have insurance. insurers are still complaining that the healthcare applications that they do receive are riddled with errors. and the house energy and commerce committee releasing new e-mails showing that administration officials knew that they need to delay the health care exchange for small businesses as early as august, but it was not until six weeks later on september 26 that the administration actually announced that it was delaying the on-line portal for small business. energy and commerce committee chairman fred upton said, about that revelation, as the paper trail broadens, we see more and more evidence that the administration was fully aware. its signature health care law was not ready for prime time. the docu

healthcare.gov is working for the vast majority of people who try to use it. in a report filled with colorful charts and graphs. the white house uses to measure its success. some 400 software bugs and hardware problems have been fixed. the website can now handle 50,000 users at a time, 800,000 a day. it's now accessible 90% of the time, up from just 40% in october. the man in charge of the website reboot, gave his bottom line in a conference call with reporters. >> healthcare.gov on december 1st is night and day from where it was on october 1st. >> reporter: independent experts say there's little doubt the website is working better. >> for the most part, users can now log in, search for different plans relevant to them. >> reporter: but the fixes have not been tested with heavy traffic. the white house is being cautious, delaying a big marketing push to get people to enroll and advising people to visit the site during off-peak times to avoid delays. some critics say little has been done to address security concerns. >> the security of the site and the private information does not meet even th
